New Partnerships Set Stage for AI-Driven Business Growth in Africa

Ethiopia-based Gebeya, the company behind Dala Studio, announced two strategic partnerships aimed at democratizing access to business creation tools across the continent. These collaborations will integrate cutting-edge technology with educational initiatives to empower a new generation of African entrepreneurs.

The first partnership is with PROFF – IT Investment Group (trading as VukaOS), bringing their AI-driven ideation and go-to-market engine directly into Dala Studio. This creates a streamlined “plan-to-build” workflow where users can validate business ideas using VukaOS before seamlessly executing them in Dala Studio.

“This alliance closes the critical gap between business planning and technical execution,” said Gebeya CEO Amadou Daffe. “African entrepreneurs no longer need to juggle multiple tools or hire expensive developers to test their concepts – they can move from idea to launch faster than ever.”

The second partnership with Miva Open University will provide over 25,000 Nigerian students access to Dala Studio’s full creative ecosystem. Students can now build apps, websites, games, content, and even deploy AI agents without needing coding skills or expensive software.

“This goes beyond mere access; it gives our students the ability to create real-world solutions,” stated Graham Ekoh, senior manager for projects and partnerships at Miva Open University. “A student can now transform an idea into a product and generate income – all within a single platform.”

With over 100,000 users across 40+ countries already leveraging Dala Studio’s AI-powered capabilities in 15 African languages, these partnerships signal Gebeya’s commitment to fostering innovation and digital entrepreneurship across the continent.
