Insight7, an AI-powered platform that transforms customer conversations into actionable business insights, has expanded its operations to include Nigeria. The startup aims to help businesses better understand their customers and make data-driven decisions.
The company was founded by Odun Odubanjo, who previously held product leadership roles at Shopify and Security Compass. He recognized a gap in the market for tools that could turn qualitative customer feedback—like interviews and conversations—into usable intelligence.
“I immediately recognised that there was an opportunity to build something that would help businesses truly understand their customers and markets,” Odubanjo said.
The conversational intelligence market is projected to reach $27.4 billion in 2026, highlighting the growing demand for solutions like Insight7. The platform analyzes customer interactions across various channels to identify patterns, sentiment trends, and key topics that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements.
