Nigeria Innovation Summit 2026 Focuses on Harnessing AI Power
The 11th annual Nigeria Innovation Summit (NIS) is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at the Shell Hall, Muson Centre in Lagos. This year’s event, themed “Innovating in the Age of AI,” will bring together leading innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and global experts to explore how Nigeria can leverage artificial intelligence for economic growth.
According to Programme Director Mr. Tony Ajah, the summit aims to go beyond inspiration by delivering actionable insights that empower stakeholders to build future-ready systems. With AI rapidly reshaping industries worldwide, NIS 11.0 seeks to position Nigeria as an active architect rather than a spectator in this technological revolution.
The agenda will include insightful discussions, “Nigeria Innovation Experience” talks (NiX Talks), technology showcases, workshops, startup pitches, and the prestigious 2026 Nigeria Innovation Awards. Previous editions of NIS have attracted over 15,000 delegates from 42 countries, showcasing its role as a premier platform for advancing innovation in West Africa.
The summit offers various engagement opportunities through sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership programs—ideal for businesses seeking to connect with Nigeria’s vibrant tech ecosystem. Registration is free and open to all stakeholders interested in exploring the potential of AI-driven innovation.
