RedotPay Connect: New Gateway Targets Enterprise Market with Significant Cost Reduction
At Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam, fintech firm RedotPay unveiled its first dedicated B2B payment gateway, RedotPay Connect. This launch represents a major expansion for the company, which already serves 7 million retail users across 100 countries.
Addressing Key Challenges
RedotPay aims to solve two primary barriers that have hindered enterprise adoption of digital currencies:
- Volatility concerns: The gateway operates as a single integration that shields corporate balances from market fluctuations
- Technical complexity: RedotPay Connect offers a user-friendly framework for businesses to accept stablecoin payments
How It Works
The system functions through a clear utility cycle:
- Merchants can directly accept stablecoins via popular web3 wallets like MetaMask and Coinbase Wallet\n2. Incoming tokens are automatically converted to local fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) at the point of sale\n3. Transactions bypass legacy banking networks, reducing merchant discount rates by up to 70%
“For too long, merchants have been trapped between high fees and the volatility of the crypto world,” said Jonathan Chan, head of partnerships and co-founder at RedotPay. “With RedotPay Connect, we’re introducing a platform that helps businesses access a global network of over 700 million crypto users while reducing costs.”
Looking Ahead: Agentic Commerce
RedotPay envisions a future where purchasing decisions are increasingly delegated to AI agents. The company is rolling out the RedotPay Skill this June, allowing consumers to link their personal AI assistants directly to its payment rails. This will enable:
- Seamless transactions initiated and settled entirely by software applications\n- Automated checkout processes with reduced friction\n- Borderless participation in a highly automated global economy
By combining stablecoin technology with an AI-ready transaction layer, RedotPay is positioning itself as a key infrastructure provider for the digital-first era.
