Cube Cover Launches Super Fix Device Protection Plan Through Partnership With Slot Systems
In response to rising smartphone adoption and repair costs in Nigeria, Cube Cover has partnered with Slot Systems Limited, the country’s largest mobile device retailer, to introduce a new digital device protection service called ‘Super Fix’. This initiative aims to simplify access to repairs and provide greater peace of mind for smartphone users.
The Super Fix plan is available at participating Slot stores nationwide starting from ₦5,000 annually. Customers can purchase the protection and then access authorized repair services through Slot’s extensive network. Key features include:
- Digital onboarding via the Cube Cover mobile app
- Instant repair approvals for eligible claims
- Access to a nationwide network of authorized repair centers
- A pre-approval feature allowing users to initiate requests before visiting a service center
Cube Cover’s co-founder, Deji Macaulay, emphasized that this collaboration represents the future of device protection in Africa. “We are removing the complexity and delays traditionally associated with these services by using automation and intelligent digital systems,” he explained.
Slot Systems CEO Nnamdi Ezeigbo echoed this sentiment, stating that the partnership aligns with their commitment to delivering exceptional customer value beyond just sales. The collaboration will leverage Slot’s retail presence alongside Cube Cover’s technology platform to expand access to digital protection solutions across Nigeria.
The Super Fix plan covers accidental screen damage and other device-related incidents, offering users a convenient and transparent claims process through the Cube Cover mobile app.
