The funding round was led by Mubadala Investment Company, Woven Capital (Toyota’s growth fund), and Ion Pacific, with participation from BlueCrest Capital Management and Sona Capital. Moove plans to use the investment to:

  • Expand its autonomous vehicle business through partnerships like Waymo in Phoenix and Miami

  • Enter new markets globally
  • Grow its workforce by more than 220%, adding approximately 350 employees this year

Moove’s CEO Ladi Delano stated, “We are building the platform that will redefine mobility and enable billions of autonomous journeys worldwide.” The company views infrastructure ownership as a key differentiator in the emerging autonomy landscape.

With over $710 million raised to date, Moove is positioned as a leader in democratizing access to vehicle ownership while pioneering new models for autonomous mobility services.
