Transforming Service Access in Nigeria and Beyond

Anyworkx, a Nigerian digital platform founded in 2022 by X-agon Digital Solutions, is rapidly evolving into a super app that simplifies how people access services, commerce, and daily opportunities. Starting as a marketplace for verified service providers across 300+ categories, Anyworkx now offers integrated solutions for food ordering, grocery shopping, medication access, and more.

Addressing Fragmented Consumer Experiences

According to co-founder Ademola Adeyinka, the platform addresses a common pain point in African markets: “Consumers often use multiple apps to find services, order meals, buy groceries - creating fragmented experiences. We saw an opportunity to create a trusted ecosystem where these activities could happen in one place.”

The startup’s vision is to build “one of Africa’s defining digital infrastructure platforms” by integrating various aspects of daily life into a seamless experience. This includes:

  • Discovering and booking trusted professionals
  • Ordering meals, groceries, and household essentials
  • Accessing pharmacy services
  • Shopping from local markets with delivery/pick-up options

Rapid Adoption Despite Limited Marketing

Anyworkx has achieved impressive growth through organic adoption, onboarding over 30,000 users and partnering with 500+ service categories and retail outlets across 42 countries. The founders have invested over $500,000 in cash while working without salaries to build the platform.

Future Plans Include Series A Funding

With significant growth potential remaining, Anyworkx plans to raise a Series A round during its Africa expansion phase to support broader market penetration and customer acquisition. The company operates on a diversified monetization model with revenue from transaction fees, subscriptions, and advertising.
